Thoughts on Privacy

Privacy, a fundamental human right. At least here in the west we are told it is but do we actually have it, in the era where someone can send you a text and have access to all your photos and texts? My right right as a person is to be able withhold certain information about myself. But is privacy a clever fairytale spun to us by those who seek to profit off our wants and needs or is it a sinister plot to ease our ears whilst the government watch our every move?
